This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Don was great start to finish. Heather walked me thru the paperwork in record time and Kyle was very knowledgeable and able to run me through the electronics. Vehicle was spotless when I arrived. I even threw them a curveball by deciding to finance it at the last minute and they completed the mountain of paperwork Wisconsin requires before I arrived. Everyone was 10/10, and I'm usually very impatient!

He and Heather in Finance worked out the best way to get the car I ne eded in my limited price range. Sales manager (Don) is extremely rude, one of the sales people, Heather made me feel like I was wasting her time even though I came in with a Cashier’s check for the full price plus taxes etc… for the vehicle I wanted. Acted like she had something better to be doing. Ended up walking away and buying a similar vehicle from Northland Chevy in Superior. Would not recommend this dealership, not professional at all.
